OSBA Board of Directors Special Meeting – August 11, 2025

The OSBA Board of Directors will meet on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. via Zoom for a special meeting.
The OSBA Board of Directors will hold an executive session on Monday, August 11, 2025. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(b) ‘to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent who does not request an open hearing;’ ORS 192.660(2)(f) ‘to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection,’ ORS 192.355(9), and ORS 40.225; and ORS 192.660(h) ‘to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.’
