Bio

Dave arrived at the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA) bringing with him over three decades of experience as a General Manager within a management company. His expertise lies in cultivating robust client relationships, particularly with key administrators across both public and private school sectors.

In his capacity as the Administrator of the Property and Casualty Coverage for Education (PACE) risk sharing pool at OSBA, Dave has played a crucial role in shaping the ongoing enhancement of the PACE program. He has been instrumental in expanding opportunities for risk management and legal counsel training, organizing workshops, and enriching online resources for members. Dave has placed particular emphasis on embodying the face of PACE, actively engaging with members across the state to personally understand their needs and develop tailored action plans to address service requirements. His overarching objective is to consistently and purposefully enhance the benefits of PACE, ensuring the safety, knowledge, and prosperity of all public educational institutions and their students.
