Bio

As the Event Manager at the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA), Charissa plays a key role in ensuring that events are not only well-organized but also meaningful and enriching experiences for members. From initial planning through on-site execution, she is committed to creating environments that foster learning, connection, and collaboration. She is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the professional growth and development of education leaders across Oregon.

 

Charissa joined OSBA in December 2023 after spending five years with the Oregon Association of Education Service Districts. Her time there provided valuable experience and a deeper understanding of Oregon’s education landscape, which continues to inform her work in event planning and member engagement.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oregon State University.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she deeply values her role as a mother and enjoys spending quality time with her extended family.
