OSBA Board of Directors Meeting – June 2025

The OSBA Board of Directors will meet from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025. The meeting will be held via Zoom.

The OSBA Board of Directors will hold an executive session on Monday, June 2, 2025. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(d) “To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations;” ORS 192.660(h) “To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed;” ORS 192.660(2)(i) “To review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer of any public body, a public officer, employee or staff member who does not request an open hearing;” and ORS 192.660(2)(f) “To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection,” pursuant to ORS 192.355(9) and ORS 40.225.

OSBA has added regional trainers to lower barriers to high-quality school board training in Oregon. Michael Campbell will be serving southern Oregon, joining Mark Mulvihill serving eastern Oregon.
