- Modifying the definition of consent for school district sexual harassment policies (HB 2280).
- Expanding the list of who needs to be included in the social studies curriculum (HB 2905).
Wednesday
3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing on:
- Developing curricula supplements related to the dangers of certain drugs and to laws that provide protections related to drug or alcohol use. (SB 238 A).
- Modifying the Educator Advancement Council agreement (SB 275 A).
Thursday
3 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a public hearing on:
- Requiring school districts to designate a civil rights coordinator (HB 2281 A).
- Preserving additional funding for small school districts that merge with one or more school districts (HB 3135).
- Modifying pension-related hours calculations for higher education academic employees (HB 2740 A).
Friday
5 p.m.: The Joint Ways and Means Committee will hold a public hearing on:
- The state budget at Four Rivers Cultural Center in Ontario (HB 5506).
