The Oregon Department of Education released Friday its report on how the state is implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

The State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report is required by the federal government. It details Oregon schools’ efforts to serve students with disabilities and records progress toward state goals. Among the successes highlighted by ODE, the 2021 graduation rate for students with Individual Education Programs increased more than 4 percentage points to 80% and the dropout rate declined to 8.2%.
