Bio

Rick Stucky has more than 21 years experience in special education and wide-ranging community service experience. He served on the Salem city council from 2001-2007 and on the Salem Planning Commission. He is president of a nonprofit organization with more than 100 housing units for low-income families.

 

Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Evansville, Indiana, a master’s degree in special education from the University of Northern Colorado and education administration credentials from Portland State University.
