OSBA Board of Directors Special Meeting – February 23, 2024

The OSBA Board of Directors will meet on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 5-9 p.m. via Zoom for a special meeting to provide an orientation-based training for new and returning directors. It will address a wide range of topics including public meetings law for board members, updates on how to access Board resources as we progress into a digital age, the difference between a school board and nonprofit board, and the annual conflict of interest and ethics overview.
