The OSBA Legislative Roadshow will swing east next week, hitting Wasco, Gilliam, Sherman, Wheeler and Grant counties.
OSBA’s fall regional meetings are scheduled for stops all over Oregon. OSBA leaders share information on implementing laws passed in 2023 and expectations for the 2024 legislative session. The roadshow is also a chance for school board members and superintendents to meet with their regional counterparts as well as to talk with OSBA representatives about important education issues.
On Monday, Sept. 25, the Columbia Gorge Education Service District will host the meeting at the Columbia Gorge Community College campus in The Dalles. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., and the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Attendees can RSVP at [email protected].
On Tuesday, Sept. 26, the North Central ESD will host the meeting at the Elks Lodge in Condon. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., and the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Attendees can RSVP at [email protected].
