The Oregon Department of Education published Tuesday its final version of “Oregon’s Early Literacy Framework: A Strong Foundation for Readers and Writers (K-5).”
The revised framework aims to increase statewide coherence, clarity and common ground while spurring improvements in instruction. The resources are designed to support school district implementation of comprehensive literacy plans. ODE says it will provide more resources in August, including a slide deck to share with school boards and community members.
