OSBA/COSA Legislative Report

The 2022 OSBA/COSA Legislative Report (277 KB ) outlines bills enacted during Oregon's 2022 legislative session that affect public education. The report was prepared jointly by the staff of OSBA and COSA. Collaboration between OSBA and COSA ensures that the interests of board members and administrators of school districts, education service districts, and community colleges are considered when legislators and policymakers consider state laws impacting public education in Oregon.
