8 a.m.: The House Rules Committee will hold a work session on:
- Requiring public bodies to grant news media representatives access to public lands that are otherwise closed to the public (HB 4087).
1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a public hearing on:
- Directing the State Board of Education to adopt procedures for investigating complaints of violations of safety, discrimination and welfare laws. (SB 1578).
- Directing the Oregon Department of Education to develop a statewide, long-term plan to provide computer science education (SB 1590).
- Requiring higher education institutions to adopt specified policies to combat sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking (SB 1572).
1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a work session on:
- Superintendent contract protections (SB 1521).
- Authorizing high school teachers employed by education service districts to serve as members of the Transfer Council (SB 1522).

- Appropriating money for the Educator Advancement Council to provide professional learning opportunities related to ethnic studies standards (HB 4112).

8 a.m.: The Senate Finance and Revenue Committee and the House Revenue Committee will hear the Oregon quarterly economic report.
1 p.m.: The Joint Ways and Means Education Subcommittee will have a work session on an Oregon Department of Education report on the Early Childhood Suspension and Expulsion Prevention Program.
Thursday
8 a.m.: The House Rules Committee will hold a public hearing on:
- Requiring school board members to file a verified statement of economic interest with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission (HB 4114).
- Expanding the duties of the Oregon Government Ethics Commission to conduct investigations regarding public meetings law (HB 4140).
1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a work session on:
- Directing the State Board of Education to adopt procedures for investigating complaints of violations of safety, discrimination and welfare laws. (SB 1578).
- Directing the Oregon Department of Education to develop a statewide, long-term plan to provide computer science education (SB 1590).
- Requiring higher education institutions to adopt specified policies to combat sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking (SB 1572).
- Directing the Oregon Department of Education to ensure that standardized summative assessments are administered to the minimum extent practicable (SB 1583).
