The 2019 session is over. In the past, this would have been the final issue of Legislative Highlights until the next session. For the upcoming interim, however, we’ve decided to do something different.
We are going to continue publishing Legislative Highlights semi-regularly throughout the break between sessions. If it serves our members well, we’ll keep it going through future interims.
The legislative pace slows down in the interim, but we still think there’s plenty going on that you should know about. Student Success Act implementation, OSBA Fall Regional meetings, rulemaking across agencies, presentations and collaboration with our stakeholder allies … all kinds of things happen inside the Capitol and out between sessions.
We hope you’ll continue to find Legislative Highlights useful and interesting. We’re looking forward to this next iteration of the publication and to continuing to be your source for legislative education news.
