OSBA summary of the U.S. Supreme Court's refusal to hear case

OSBA Litigation Services prepared a summary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to not hear an appeal from a Virginia school board that wanted to reinstate a transgender bathroom ban. By declining to hear the case, the Supreme Court left the Fourth Circuit’s ruling in place – a transgender bathroom ban violated the student’s rights to equal protection.
