Monday, January 8, 2018
Changes in federal tax laws and Oregon election rules will affect school bond campaigns in 2018.
OSBA’s Bonds, Ballots and Buildings Conference can help districts make sense of the new rules. The biennial event provides insight and resources for successful bond campaigns.
The Feb. 9 conference at the Salem Convention Center and The Grand Hotel will feature workshops by school districts, bond campaign professionals, finance experts and construction firms. Exhibitor booths will show off services and products tailored to education needs.
OSBA members also get links to access the “Oregon School Bond Manual” and the “Oregon School Construction Contract Manual.”
Conference registration is $135 for OSBA members. Fees include workshop materials as well as breakfast and lunch.
