ODE asks what report cards on schools should look like
Thursday, August 17, 2017
The Oregon Department of Education is redesigning its report cards on schools and districts, and it is asking interested people to take an online survey to help guide the work. The survey is anonymous and takes about 20 minutes to complete.
As part of Oregon’s plan for implementing the Every Student Succeeds Act, ODE will be offering a new school report card in October 2018. The Oregon School Report Card will be designed to clearly inform families and community members about a school’s strengths and weaknesses. The new reports will include printable, at-a-glance data on schools as well as an online dashboard with detailed information.
