Input wanted for Oregon education strategies

Wednesday, May 17, 2017

The Chief Education Office invites Oregonians to join a conversation on Gov. Kate Brown’s 2017 education policy initiatives: Senate Bill 182, which would create the Educator Advancement Council, and Senate Bill 183, which would create a statewide graduation early indicator and intervention system. The bills have passed the Senate and are in the Joint Ways and Means Committee.

Feedback sessions will be held:

  • Springfield - May 24
  • Pendleton - June 1
  • Online - May 26 and June 7

To learn more, check out the Chief Education Office’s flyer.
