Sunday, January 22, 2023
The OSBA Board of Directors has appointed two new members to the Legislative Policy Committee.
The Board, during its Friday meeting in Salem, appointed Tj Johnson (Gaston School Board) and Osvaldo Avila (Salem-Keizer School Board) to terms ending Dec. 31, 2023. The LPC helps set OSBA’s legislative agenda and acts as a communications bridge between members and Salem.
OSBA is also looking for candidates to fill vacancies on the OSBA Board for position 7 (Clackamas) and LPC for position 7 (Clackamas). Potential candidates, who must serve on a member board in the Clackamas region, should contact Jane Leonhardt at jleonhardt@osba.org.
