The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean School Bus Program is offering $500 million this year and $5 billion over the next five years from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The EPA will be holding webinars to provide more information.
All Oregon schools are eligible for rebates for replacing diesel-powered school buses and buses from before 2010. More than half of Oregon’s districts are on the prioritized funding list for schools serving rural and low-income areas.
