The Oregon Department of Education released Thursday the “Every Layer Matters This Winter Communications Toolkit” to help schools communicate with staff, students, families and their community about how to protect against COVID-19 during this winter season.
ODE encourages layered health and safety measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to keep schools open.
The toolkit includes talking points and key messages about COVID-19 protection measures, a customizable safety protocol fact sheet and communication templates, including sample social media posts.
