In addition to the second-in-command leadership duties, the new role requires advancing DEI initiatives as part of OSBA’s strategic plans. The new leader would also engage staff and board members about creating a welcoming environment at OSBA and its events.
The current deputy executive director, Mary Paulson, is retiring at the end of the year. OSBA seeks to fill the new role by early spring. Applications are being handled through Melissa Ulum at MS&S Search. She can be reached at Melissa@MSSsearch.com or 503-730-7615.
