OSBA embeds equity focus in leadership position

OSBA is cementing its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by embedding that focus in a leadership position.

OSBA is seeking applicants for its new position of deputy executive director/equity officer. 

In addition to the second-in-command leadership duties, the new role requires advancing DEI initiatives as part of OSBA’s strategic plans. The new leader would also engage staff and board members about creating a welcoming environment at OSBA and its events.
