The OSBA Board of Directors unanimously appointed Libra Forde on Tuesday to the open Clackamas Region position on the OSBA Board.
Forde, chief operating officer of Self Enhancement, Inc., was appointed to the North Clackamas School Board in January 2019. She is a parent, an accomplished public speaker and serves on several volunteer boards. She was elected to OSBA’s Legislative Policy Committee in 2019.
Several OSBA Board members spoke on Forde’s behalf before voting, noting her passion, leadership and commitment to solutions.
“She has a passionate voice for people who often are underserved in our educational system,” said LeeAnn Larsen (Beaverton SD).
