House District 37 candidate will take questions tonight in Tualatin

House District 37 candidate Rachel Prusak will meet with the public at the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce candidate forum at 7 tonight in the Tualatin Police Department training room. Prusak is challenging Republican Rep. Julie Parrish.
OSBA members have consistently identified revenue reform and cost containment as their top legislative priorities. Executive Director Jim Green said election season provides an important opportunity for education advocates to determine where candidates stand on the need to fund K-12 schools to the Quality Education Model.
“Our students need lawmakers who understand why we should be investing more in young people,” Green said.
