Application period opens for Brady grant for needy students

Tuesday, October 2, 2018

The 2018 Brady fund grant program to help needy students began accepting applications Tuesday, Oct. 2.

The grants offer $25 per student for clothing, medical services related to hearing and vision, or school supplies. Priority will be given to those in need of clothes or hearing or vision services. Districts are limited to five applications, and they should be numbered according to need.

Applications will be accepted until Nov. 2, and grants will be awarded by Nov. 30. OSBA coordinates the distribution of the grants from the Robert Brady Charitable Trust.
