Legislative Report presents all 2017 bills that matter to public schools

OSBA and the Confederation of Oregon School Administrators have created a summary of all the bills passed by the 2017 Legislature that affect K-12 public schools, charter schools and community colleges.

The comprehensive 2017 OSBA/COSA Legislative Report covers bills that range from physical education standards and civic studies to recreational immunity from lawsuits and capital construction bonding.

The report is organized by categories and includes when the bills go into effect. It also includes a table of bills creating work groups and task forces and a short review of the session.
