Leadership Oregon graduates 20 board members in newest class

Tuesday, May 9, 2017

Twenty local school board members graduated May 5 with skills gained from OSBA’s Leadership Oregon program. 

The participants completed four sessions of 1½ days each to graduate, learning leadership skills and joining a support network of education leaders from across the state. The sessions consisted of advanced leadership, advocacy and engagement, key issues, and communications and strategic messaging.

The program is offered at no charge once every two years. To learn more about it, visit Leadership Oregon.
