Most e-mail programs provide a junk e-mail filter to catch the most obvious spam and send it to your junk e-mail folder. Most e-mail programs allow you to “whitelist” specific e-mail addresses and/or domains so that e-mail from those addresses is considered “safe” and those e-mail messages are not sent to the junk e-mail folder.
Outlook
On the {Home} tab, locate the Junk drop-down icon in the Delete category.
On the [Junk E-mail] button.
Click the "Junk E-mail Options" link.
Click the {Safe Senders} tab.
Click the [Add] button.
In the field that pops up, type @list.osba.org and click the [Ok] button.
Click the [Add] button.
In the field that pops up, type @osba.org and click the [Ok] button.
Live.com (Formerly MSN and Hotmail)
Log in to your mailbox.
In the upper right corner, click the Gear icon and then choose “Options”.
Under Junk e-mail, click “Safe senders”.
Type list.osba.org and click the [+] button.
Type osba.org and click the [+] button.
Click the [Save] button.
To return to your mailbox: Click the square grid icon in the upper left, and then click Mail.
Yahoo! Mail
In Yahoo, e-mail addresses in your address book will not be considered spam. Yahoo does not currently provide a way for you to white list every e-mail from OSBA. You will need to add each OSBA e-mail address to your address book as e-mail messages arrive in your Inbox.
To add an e-mail address to your address book:
Right-click the message in your inbox and choose “Add Sender to Contacts”.
At the next screen, click the [Save] button. After you press [Save] it will return you to your inbox.
AOL WebMail
In AOL, e-mail addresses in your address book will not be considered spam. AOL WebMail does not currently provide a way for you to white list every e-mail from OSBA. You will need to add each OSBA e-mail address to your address book as e-mail messages arrive in your Inbox.
