Superintendent Evaluation

Last year OSBA and COSA collaborated to retool, reshape, and redesign the superintendent evaluation standards and process for Oregon school districts. In this session we will review the elements of the new superintendent evaluation tool that was designed with high expectations, mutual support, and the tenets of collaborative governance in mind. This webinar is presented by Steve Kelley, Director of Board Development and former superintendent, and Vincent Adams, Board Development Specialist and member of the Corvallis SD school board. This course offers Leadership Institute Silver Level credit.
