Want to make a difference in Oregon’s future? Run for a seat on the local board of your school district, education service district or community college. The filing period for board positions opens Feb. 4 and runs through March 16 at 5 p.m. for the May 2023 ballot.
To help prospective candidates answer questions about the process and prepare them to become school board members if they are elected, OSBA Board Development staff will offer two free webinars in January.
