Request for Student Art

The Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA) is looking for student art to exhibit at OSBA’s first-ever Virtual Annual Convention. The 2020 convention will be held November 14, on a virtual platform created through Pathable.

Typically, the OSBA Convention showcases a student art display for about 800 attendees (board members, superintendents, ESDs, and community college presidents). This year, we will have a rotating slideshow of pictures of students with their art from around Oregon. (We are also accepting images of student art by itself if photos of students with their art are not possible.)

The deadline for student art submissions is October 1, 2020.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors can purchase a virtual booth within the conference for $250. Attendees will be able to visit your booth and have individual video conferences with your representatives. Attendees can also make appointments to speak to you at a later time if you’re occupied. Attendees will be encouraged to visit with vendors during breaks and the social hours at the beginning and end of the day, but will be free to engage with you at any time during the conference. In addition to the virtual booth, OSBA offers the following sponsorship opportunities:

Keynote Sponsorship

OSBA is offering ONE keynote sponsorship opportunity. Your company logo will appear on the screen of the keynote session. The cost is $4,000.

Breakout Session Sponsorship - Selling quickly!

OSBA is offering SEVEN opportunities to sponsor breakout sessions. There will be two workshop blocks with seven breakout options in each block, for a total of 14 total breakouts. Your company logo will appear on the screen for all attendees for one breakout session in each block. The breakout session presenter will note your sponsorship of the session and encourage attendees to visit your virtual booth. Your company logo will also appear in the rotator on the event platform home page. The cost is $300.
