Bio
Adrienne Anderson joined OSBA as a Legislative Specialist in May 2024. Prior to joining OSBA, Adrienne practiced criminal law in the Portland area for 7 years. In 2023, she served as a Senior Analyst staffing the Oregon house and senate judiciary committees for the Legislative Policy and Research Office. She is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University teaching Administrative law.
Adrienne graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Illinois State University in 2012. After graduation, she joined AmeriCorps and taught AVID for one year in Federal Way, Washington. She then attended Michigan State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 2016. Adrienne spent her last two years of law school studying and researching education law and policy and she published her article entitled “Education Reform Policies: How the Canadian Government’s Role in Education Can Influence the American Education System” in the 2016 edition of Michigan State University’s International Law Review.
During her free time, Adrienne volunteers for the We The People Program at Grant High School in Portland where she teaches high school seniors constitutional law in a competition style format.
