| These
2007 Legislative Policies and Priorities were developed by OSBA’s
37-member Legislative Policy Committee and adopted by the OSBA Board of Directors. They represent the association’s agenda for the
2007 Legislative Assembly. |

|
OSBA gathered comments
and suggestions from members at a series of regional meetings in
Spring 2006, and a survey soliciting further input was sent in
June. Based on those results, these policies and priorities represent a consensus of the OSBA membership.

Further changes to these legislative policies and priorities to reflect emerging issues may be made through the resolutions process at the Nov.
11, 2006, Annual Business Meeting during the OSBA Annual
Convention.
