Hotel reservations will be made directly with hotels - not through OSBA. OSBA negotiates blocks of reduced-rate rooms at the
Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel, Marriott Residence Inn and the
RiverPlace.
To make hotel reservations, call the hotel directly (see phone numbers below) or make reservations online
by clicking on the hotel name.
All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some tips to make your hotel reservation process go smoother:
All hotels require a credit card to make your reservation. However, it will not be charged. You can choose to pay by cash, check, credit card or purchase order (Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel only) upon check-in.
Make sure you have made all of your hotel reservations by October
22! After Oct. 22, OSBA's room blocks and negotiated rates are no longer available. If you find that you need a new hotel reservation after Oct.
22 you will need to call the hotel to check for availability and room rate.
Please check with each hotel directly for their cancellation notice requirements, early departure fees and other policies that they may have regarding your stay.

Join with friends and colleagues for a special evening to honor all of Oregon’s education board members. This year’s banquet features Salute to Success and Leadership Institute awards, the presentation of COSA’s Superintendent of the Year, and other recognition of board member achievements.
The evening will be MC’d by Andy Carson from Portland’s Fox News and features entertainment from the outstanding McMinnville High School Symphonic Choir, and a delicious
meal prepared especially for OSBA.
