Safety reminders:
Even though we anticipate a safe visit, it is always good to follow these general guidelines: Remember to remove your badge when going out at night (it advertises that you are an out-of-towner); keep to well-lit thoroughfares when you walk the streets, and travel in groups when possible; carry only the money you will need for the day or evening; keep valuables in the hotel safe; do not lay your hotel key down on the counters or chairs next to you; do not open hotel doors without checking to be sure who is knocking; and, do not leave your hotel room door unsecured at any time.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations will be made directly with the hotels -- not through OSBA. However, OSBA will still have its normal block of rooms at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel, Marriott Residence Inn and the RiverPlace. Please see Meals/Hotels information for more details.

Please Note: The hotels are all non-smoking hotels. Smoking is prohibited on all hotel property.
