We're expecting a grand turnout for our 62nd Annual Convention at the Downtown Portland Marriott Waterfront Hotel, November 13-16, 2008. We invite you to share the excitement by exhibiting at our show!
Oregon School Boards Association's annual convention and exhibit hall has earned its reputation as a high-performing event, drawing about 900 board members, business officials and administrators representing Oregon's public K-12 districts, community colleges and education service districts - a crowd charged with delivering educational excellence in our state. We also
host school attorneys and board secretaries.
OSBA's convention may well be your best opportunity to talk with public school customers and sell them on your products and services and here's why:
- Exhibit hall will open at noon Thursday, November 13, with lunch for attendees among the exhibits. The Opening Reception will bring attendees together with exhibitors from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the exhibit hall.
- On Friday, coffee and pastries will be available for show attendees in the exhibit hall at 8 a.m. and lunch will be served at noon. There will be an afternoon social time in the hall beginning at 3:30 p.m. The exhibit hall will close at 5 p.m at which time exhibitors will tear down and remove their displays.
- You and your company will be listed on our popular
vendor
directory page for the following year. If our members see you at the show, they'll be able to find you handily online after the show!
- Vendors will be able to announce winners for their door prizes/give-aways at the Friday lunch. This will give you a chance to get in front of approximately 600 attendees.

- Thursday, Nov. 13 – 7 -11:30 a.m.
Tear-down:
- Friday, Nov. 14 – after close of show at 5 p.m.

- To reserve your space, promptly fill out and fax a Vendor reservation form (52k

to (503) 588-2813. You may mail your booth payment. We will hold your space for 2 weeks
pending payment, after which your requested space may be sold.
Booth furnishings:
- One six-foot draped table, one chair, booth draping, one ID sign.
Show decorator:
- PEDCO – Pacific Exposition Decorating Company. Booth furnishing information will be mailed in late August/early
September.
