OEBB Information Center
The 2007 Oregon Legislature passed and the governor signed Senate Bill 426, creating the Oregon Educators Benefit Board and establishing a state-run mandatory health insurance pool for K-12 schools and ESDs. OSBA and its Health Insurance Trust are taking steps to help districts sort out their insurance questions and issues.
