OSBA endorsed coverage under Regence BlueCross BlueShield offers districts and community colleges competitive rates for medical, dental and vision insurance. Medical coverage options include traditional medical plans, preferred provider plans, health maintenance organization plans, point of service plans, chiropractic/naturopathic coverage and a preventive care option. There are options for vision care, prescription drug card options and dental plans available.

Information about Regence BlueCross BlueShield medical, dental and vision programs is mailed to board chairs, superintendents/presidents and clerks annually in July.
