Donna has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of OSBA’s executive search service. Donna joined the Oregon School Boards Association in 1988. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, she worked as the events manager and executive search coordinator for 14 years. In that position, she managed all of OSBA’s events and the internal process of OSBA’s search services. 

Last year she conducted five executive searches:

• Creswell
• Columbia Gorge ESD
• Long Creek
• Ontario
• Spray

In 2007, she was partially involved in conducting the following executive searches:

• Canby
• Cascade
• Jefferson 509J
• Riverdale
• Roseburg

Donna serves on the board of her local homeowner’s association and is the chair of the CC&R Committee.
