The OSBA Board will meet Friday, March 3, at 3 p.m., at the Local Government Center, 1201 Court St. NE, Salem. Members are welcome to attend.

The proposed agenda includes approval of the trust agreement for the new property/casualty trust, presentation of the 2005-2006 audit report, a presentation and discussion about Oregon adequacy lawsuits, and other business items.
