This class reviews the history of special education laws since 1966 and current federal requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Learn the eligible categories for special education, procedural requirements, delivery models, funding issues and changes based on recent case law. The course runs about 30 minutes.
