OSBA / COSA Legislative Report 2012

The 2012 OSBA/COSA Legislative Report (792k
) provides an overview of the events of the 2012 legislative session and describes the bills enacted into law that impact public schools and community colleges. It was prepared jointly by the staff of the Oregon School Boards Association and the Confederation of Oregon School Administrators (COSA). Collaboration between OSBA and COSA ensures that the interests of board members and administrators of school districts, education service districts and community colleges are considered when legislators and policymakers consider state laws impacting public education in Oregon.
