The Medford School District is looking for a Director of Human Resources who is a visionary leader with exceptional leadership skills.
The Director of Human Resources provides leadership, direction, and administration of operations related to employee relations, talent acquisition, benefit administration, orientation, negotiations, substitute placement, contract administration, compensation administration, workers compensation, and risk management.
Medford is located in Southern Oregon’s beautiful Rogue Valley at the foot of the Siskiyou Pass that separates it from Northern California. The Rogue Valley has been touted as one of the most livable communities in America, with a strong economy and housing market. Arts and recreation abound with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Britt Music Festival, Mt. Ashland for skiing, numerous lakes and the famous Rogue River.
