Professional Growth Levels Relating to Single Column pay Schedule
|TEACHER LEVELS||PROFESSIONAL GROWTH|
Masters Degree (or BA/BS +45 hrs) in work area.
Licensure in Second Area* of teacher choice.
Completed minimum requirements for recertification as contained in TSPC "PROPOSED RULES ON CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS" revised July 10, 1997.
Completed Level 2 of the Central Linn Technology Proficiency Requirements.
Licensure in a District Shortage Area* or Second Area* pre-approved by District.
Qualified Teacher Mentor. (needs to be defined)
Completed Level 3 of the Central Linn Technology Proficiency Requirements.
Minimum of ten (10) years licensed teaching experience with four (4) of last five (5) years in the Central Linn School District.
Qualified Head/Lead Teacher. (needs to be defined)
Completed Level 4 of the Central Linn Technology Proficiency Requirements.
* Could be same.
Levels can be skipped if requirements are met.
