OSBA annual survey of teacher salaries and benefits

Since 1969 OSBA has compiled information on teacher salaries and related benefits. Information is reported by district size (student population). We continue to prepare the report because of expressed interest by local school officials in having comparative information for recruitment and retenstion of teachers as well as collective bargaining purposes. Some districts have not concluded bargaining by the time the report is prepared and are therefore not included.

While this particular report is restricted to information relating to teachers, a companion volume on salaries and fringe benefits for administrators is published by the Confederation of Oregon School Administrators (COSA).
