8 a.m.: The Joint Ways and Means Education Subcommittee will hold a work session on:

• Computer science education (HB 4098).

1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold an informational meeting on:

• Establishing a Task Force on Student Success for Underrepresented Students in Higher Education (HB 4160).

• Her Flag Performance – Noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, in the Galleria East, artist Marilyn Artus, Her Flag founder, will sew a stripe representing Oregon onto her large flag to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment. She will be joined with the stripe's Oregon artist, Davina Fernandez, and Oregon poet Lynn Otto.
