1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a public hearing and possible work session on:

  • Including trafficking of children in child abuse prevention programs (SB 786).

3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing and possible work session on:

  • Meeting the 40-40-20 goals (HB 2871).
  • Waiving college tuition and fees for foster children (HB 3015).
  • Offering free menstrual products in school bathrooms (HB 3020).
  • Changing education assessment approach (HB 3236).
  • Conducting criminal records checks (HB 3257).

3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a work session on:

  • Hazing policy for community colleges (HB 2519).
  • Grants for supporting students’ social and emotional health (HB 2224).
  • Grants for student transportation costs (HB 2326).

Wednesday

1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a public hearing and possible work session on:

  • Dual credit program standards for K-12 and post-secondary credits(SB 800).

1 p.m.: The Senate Education Committee will hold a work session on:

  • Sexual misconduct and abuse investigations in schools (SB 155).
  • Directing the Secretary of State to audit statewide assessments (SB 428).

3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing on:

  • Waiving college tuition and fees for Native American students (HB 2640).

3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing and possible work session on:

  • Excused absences for military children (HB 2556).
  • Establishing the Dreamers Access student loan program (HB 3204).
  • Grants for safe school points of entry (HB 3241).

3 p.m.: The House Education Committee will hold a work session on:

  • Increasing special education funding threshold (HB 2676).
  • Studying academic credit transfers between community colleges and public universities (HB 3212).
