A new online dashboard is tracking federal emergency relief funding reimbursements to Oregon school districts and education service districts.
The Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds Expenditure Transparency Dashboard shows how much money each district can tap from each of the three ESSER rounds and gives details about how much has already been reimbursed.
The Oregon Department of Education notes the dashboard does not track districts’ expenditures, only what has been reimbursed. The ESSER I funding period expires Sept. 30, and Oregon districts have already claimed 95% of the money.
