New online tool shows county metrics for opening schools

A new online coronavirus dashboard gives school leaders a quick look at where they stand with state and county metrics.
The dashboard shows the case and test positivity rates by county over a three-week period that determine when a school can offer in-person learning. The dashboard also provides information on county and school exceptions that allow in-person classes.
The Oregon Department of Education, the Oregon Health Authority and the Willamette Education Service District teamed up to provide the tool. It will be updated every Wednesday.
