Nominations sought for State Board of Education student position

Superintendents, principals and high school counselors can nominate students to be an adviser on the State Board of Education.
The State Board of Education sets policies for Oregon’s public schools. Student advisers attend meetings and assist the board in analyzing issues. The students are also expected to present an education policy topic to the board. The appointment lasts for one year, starting in August.
