The National School Boards Association (NSBA) is reminding members across the country that the U.S. Department of Education is collecting ESSA input from stakeholders through Aug. 18.
Congress passed ESSA, the Every Student Succeeds Act, in December 2015. The education department is collecting input on the ESSA-related educational and technical assistance needs of states and school districts through its 10 Regional Advisory Committees (RACs).
The input received will help set priorities for the next grant cycle of Regional Educational Laboratories as part of the Comprehensive Centers program. If you would like to provide input to the RACs, you can use these easy instructions to answer five brief survey questions.
